[fvc-wat-announce] Kelly Carmichael OpEd piece in yesterday's Record

Hello FairVoting Friends,

Yesterday the Waterloo Region Record published an OpEd by Kelly
Carmichael.  Kelly is the Executive Director of Fair Vote Canada.  It
is a succinct
review of why we need proportional representation and the evidence which
supports PR as the electoral system of choice.
