[fvc-wat-announce] Today At 5pm Rally For Electoral Reform

Hello FairVoting Friends,

Hope you can join us today at 5 pm to rally for electoral reform.  The
Minister of Democratic Institutions, Karina Gould is attending a meet &
greet at Patent Social in uptown Waterloo. Patent Social is at the corner
of Erb and Regina.

We will gather to respectfully remind Minister Gould that Canada still
needs electoral reform and that we will hold the LPC to account in 2019 for
reneging on their 2015 promise to end First Past The Post.
