Hi everyone: A last-minute reminder of tonight's Discussion Night. Evan
Rosamond will present a method that will assess different voting
systems, rate their properties, and compare their relative overall
effectiveness. Input regarding what features to include and how to
quantify them will be encouraged and debated.

Four voting systems — first past the post, a 2-level open list, a simple
MMP, and STV — will then be discussed, and compared.
