[fvc-wat-disc] Mailing list moderation messages

	First of all, thanks and welcome to our new discussion list
members.

	Secondly: if you post to this discussion list using an address
different from the one you were subscribed with, then the first time you
make a post you will receive a moderation message. So long as the list
admins can figure out who is posting, we will approve the messages and
give your posting address full access to the list.
	(In English: If Derek subscribed you with your @fairvote.ca alias,
then expect to get a moderation message the first time you post.)

	I have some event-related stuff to say as well, but I'll put that
stuff in a separate message (today or Monday).
