[fvc-wat-disc] Tonight's meeting in Kitchener

I will be unable to attend the meeting tonight in Kitchener. I will instead
be attending the Fair Vote Ontario council meeting scheduled for the same
time.

Sorry for the short notice. I just noticed now that I had "double booked"
myself for tonight.
