[fvc-wat-disc] April Minutes

I e-mailed the minutes of our AGM meeting to the woman we met with to set up
the account (Deborah Franklin) the day after our appointment with her.  Has
she asked for another copy of the minutes?  Did she not receive my e-mail?

I fixed up the AGM and post-AGM executive meeting minutes, to look a bit
more official for the credit union.
