Here are some things we need to get worked out for this weekend.

If people want to sign up for things then editing

 	would be a wise idea.

 	0. At the last meeting we organized a skeleton crew of people to

volunteer, but I forgot who is doing what when. Could somebody provide
the
list? (Getting a few more volunteers would also be a good idea -- three
volunteers per day is not very many.)

 	1. I tested the gazebo today. It is not perfect but I think it
will hold together -- all the pieces are there. Two of the pipes are a
little bent. I did not manage to get the entire thing assembled -- it
was
too awkward to get the thing upright working all alone. I think two or
three people can do this together, though. It took me about 40 minutes
to
get it together, but I was working from scratch (and alone).
At the Nonviolence festival I saw the Green Party had a gazebo
similar to our new one. They weighted down the tarp with some free
weights
(off of dumbells or something). This looks like a good idea. Does
anybody
have some weights (or bricks, or whatever) that we could use to hold the

gazebo down?
A hammer would be a good idea too, while we are at it.

 	2. There is too much stuff for me to bring to the festival alone

-- the display, the swag bag, the gazebo and (I guess) a chair. It would

be great if somebody could take some of this stuff off my hands and get
it
to the site on Saturday.

 	3. Where do we meet? Is our location finalized yet?

 	4. Who will be storing the gazebo/display/setup overnight? I
presume we take down the display on Saturday and set it up again on
Sunday.
