[fvc-wat-disc] Signs falling down? Need a driver to help fix them

Hi,
I found that the ground is so dry and hard in places that it is impossible
to drive the stakes very deep. Also the wind puts a considerable force on
such a large sign. I suggest that where the stakes do not go in very deep
that you keep the sign low to the ground and put on a couple of back braces.
It is best to secure these with screws if possible.
Cheers
Matt

Subject: [fvc-wat-disc] Signs falling down? Need a driver to help fix them

Hi all,

It appears that we may not have nailed those signs in quite far enough. The
mallets we were using were pretty small and probably not the best for the
job (try though we did!)

Does someone with a car want to spend an hour or two driving me and a
sledgehammer around so that I can drive them down a few more inches? My boss
(who is a superstar and is going to distribute 500 Vote for MMP brochures to
his neighbourhood this weekend) pointed out to me that the one outside our
work is falling down.

I am going outside to investigate now, but if you decide you want to come
out and help, don't email me, call me on my cell phone:

519-568-3458

Cheers,
