[fvc-wat-disc] Happy news: I have blue brochures and posters

Hi folks:

Because of pressing timelines, I ended up driving down to Toronto
today, and getting three boxes of brochures (4500) and a handful of
each of the poster sizes.

2100 of the brochures have been spoken for by the unions.  I'll check
in with Social Planning Council as well, and bring the remainder to
Thursday's meeting.
