[fvc-wat-disc] Canvassing co-ordinator

Do we have a local co-ordinator who is organizing the canvassing
efforts locally? Is this Angela? 

If we don't have a canvassing co-ordinator could we get one? (Maybe
not Angela, who has a whole lot of other stuff on her plate right
now.)
