[fvc-wat-disc] Blogger's report of a local all-candidates meeting (Kitchener-Waterloo)

Hi All,

This blogger (They Call Me "Mr. Sinister") went to the all-candidates
meeting for Kitchener-Waterloo three days ago on the 27th. He is in favour
of MMP, and gives a first-hand account of how the night went from the
perspective of someone who isn't involved in the campaign. I found it
interesting - hopefully you do too.
