Actually, I think Bill's idea is good. Maybe not for a new volunteer but you
can draw some serious attention. You make yourself stand out and people pay
attention. Then offer to discuss it with anyone after. But you can hit far
more people with info that way than just from hand to hand on the street or
door to door. This way you don't waste time on anyone who doesn't care or
want to pay attention to you.
