[fvc-wat-disc] Lawn Signs

I just planted a couple near my building, so don't worry about the 
intersection of Kingsway and Wilson anymore. (Lotta stopped traffic there, 
it's a good spot.) Again, I'll suggest the stretch of Courtland just south 
of Hayward Avenue--not that I know whether it's strategic or not, but there 
are always a lot of party signs along there.
