Yes, you are probably right, Shannon. I've had those experiences of organizing
and having only a handful show up... I don't know how they did with their
events in London turnout wise. I should contact them and find out, for future
reference.

I'm going to be at the Democracy rally on the 23rd wearing something that
identifies me as Fair Vote and maybe with pamphlets to hand out. Are you
thinking of going?
