[fvc-wat-disc] Two Fair Vote news items...

Grabbed a Saturday morning coffee, fired up the computer and found two 
Fair Vote items in the news:

Shannon Adshade, FVC-WRC board member-at-large, is running for a 
Cambridge Ward 6 Council seat:  http://cambridgecitizen.ca/?p=1417  Good 
luck, Shannon!

Carolyn Bennett comes under fire from Macleans.ca for having round table 
discussions on democracy: 
http://www2.macleans.ca/2010/10/13/remaking-the-rules/

It's the comments on the article that are particularly inflammatory.

Of course, you can experience the controversy first-hand -- Carolyn 
Bennett will be leading a round table discussion for the Fair Vote 
Canada Waterloo Region Chapter at 7:00pm on 11 November at the Adult 
Recreation Centre, 185 King Street South, Waterloo, ON. (details in the 
calendar at http://fairvote.ca/WaterlooRegion )  It'll be interesting to 
see how accurate those comments are when Fair Vote WRC and CAPP hold our 
own event.
