Hi Fair Voters: Here is the agenda for the Annual General Meeting, to
be held 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Monday, 27 June 2011 at the Misty Mountain
Coffee shop on 33 Queen St. S, Kitchener.

1. Welcome, Introductions (Bob)
2. Motion to Accept Minutes from June 2010
3. Treasurer’s Report
4. Old Business – Past Events and Initiatives
• See newsletter, plus “The Other Majority” April 26/2011
• Fair Vote National AGM (Anita)
• Use of social media
5. Election of Executive
• Elect a male and female co-chair, secretary, treasurer and 1-3
members at
large
6. Upcoming Events/Initiatives
• Democracy Week (Anita, Sharon, Cameron, Alan)
• Local Reform (Sean, Diane, Aden)
• Future events in “Participate” series, potential presentations,
provincial
election
7. Other Business
Adjourn
Any member of Fair Vote Canada may stand for a position on the Waterloo
Region Chapter executive. Nominations will take place at the AGM; it is
OK to nominate yourself. 5 to 7 Executives will be elected by
transferable vote. Once elected, the Executive will determine amongst
themselves who will fill the positions of Co-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer
and Members-At-Large.
Before the start of the meeting at 6:00pm Sean Geobey will be available
to talk about starting a campaign for local reform. I hope you can join
him to start this new project.
