[fvc-wat-disc] Open Streets/Uptown Waterloo on Sunday

I hope to be there for most of the afternoon.  Hopefully I'll have my
bike back on the road by then. But my biking muscles are not in good
shape, so I may be arriving later than I'm planning for!
