Hi Sharon,

I have physio on my elbow that day until 6, so I doubt I'll make it. But it's in my day planner, just in case I feel up to it.

Thanks!

Hello Democratic Reformers,

After a stellar Democracy Week, with national media coverage for last Thursday's events on Parliament Hill & a great local event with NDP MP Craig Scott we can build on last week's excellent achievements and continue to get out the message for the need for electoral reform.

The boardroom at Misty Mountain Cafe is booked for Wednesday, October 16th @ 7pm, to plan events & activities for the coming year. If you have an idea for an event or activity you would like to share or want to help with an event, please join us on the 16th for a brief planning meeting. Promise, the meeting will be short! Misty Mountain Cafe is at 33 Queen Street South in Kitchener.

Our thanks to Matha Lauzon, Jenn Ross, Brian Tanquay, Bob Jonkman, Laurel Russwurm, Jon Bathmaker, Larry Nickerson & Anita Nickerson who stuffed 1800 envelopes with fundraising requests for FVC this past Sunday afternoon. It was very pleasant to sit, chat and stuff, thank you all for your time and great help.

Hope to see you on the 16th at 7pm.

Best Regards,

Sharon Sommerville
