[fvc-wat-disc] Susan Gray's memorial service Sat. August 13

As I recall from my time on the Waterloo FLA, we would send a card and if
possible, someone would go to represent.

But I'm not in the Waterloo FLA anymore, now I'm Kitchener Centre.
