[fvc-wat-disc] Bardish says ER still on

Too bad CBC morning edition doesn't have podcasts, I'd like to hear again
what Bardish just said to Craig Norris at 8:15 am.

Great that in a very brief interview, Craig  picked electoral reform to
question her about.  I got the impression that ER is very much still on the
table - but did she actually *say* it?!  She definitely said she plans to
read the ERRE report over the holidays, so that sounds good.

What did the rest of you hear?
