[fvc-wat-disc] Xmas card

Hi Eleanor,

Thank you for getting 12 cards off today.

Many of the MP will leave for home on Thurs. so sending the cards to their
constituency office is a better bet at this point given that cards picked
up at 1 pm on Monday only have only have 3.5 days to get there. It took a
full week for my mydemocracy.ca postcard to get here.
