[fvc-wat-disc] Bardish says ER still on

Darn!  Wish I heard that interview!

My understanding is that Bardish does believe in electoral reform but that
ER means some form of a ranked ballot in a single member district.  Bardish
believes in compromise so PR supporters should see the value in some
electoral reform & be willing to accept ranked ballot.

If anyone can find that interview on line, it would be great to share the
link!
