Hi All: Laurel discovered an interesting video where some people are
discussing Ireland's transition to Proportional Representation
(specifically Single Transferable Vote). They discuss some of the
fears people had before switching, and how those fears were all unfounded.

If you can get through the tacky bits at the start then it's pretty
good listening after that.
