I must also be remembered that "We heard loud and clear from ex-pats that
they are watching what's happening in this country, that they still have a
stake here and we're extending the franchise to them"  Just as a reminder,
ex-pats were watching what's happening in this country to the tune of 1,828
voted for that platform promise.  Electoral Reform got 15,874.
