With enormous thanks to Laurel, here are the opening comments by Minister
Monsef at our ER town hall. The straw polls begins around the 6:40 mark.
She does not ask a question about PR. The closest she comes is with her
opening question, "How many people in this room have already made up their
mind about which electoral system to go with?".

Should we send this to Chris Hall at The House?

Cheers,
Sharon
