Hi Mo,

It's on the Record website:

As for a printed version, the date on the web is Feb 12. As far as I 
know the printed Record doesn't have a Sunday edition, so maybe your 
letter appeared on the 11th or 13th.  If all else fails, you should be 
able to find it at the KPL.
