Hi Cathe: I can't speak for Fair Vote Canada. In the past, FVC has not
endorsed a specific voting system, only the principle of Proportional
Representation.

However, the FVC submission to the ERRE Committee proposed three
systems, STV, MMP and the Urban-Rural system. New Zealand uses MMP.
