The workload for Karina Gould is very heavy - not only ER but Senate
reform, fixing the "Fair Elections Act", and new rules for money in
politics, says Kady.

She's a hard worker and sure-footed - my first impression - but she'll need
a lot of support.  How can we be welcoming and helpful?
