[fvc-wat-disc] New T-shirts need a snappy message

+1.  I think we should be positive and non-confrontational.   Personally, I
would not wear a negative shirt as it makes it harder to get support from
folks who are otherwise happy with the Liberals.  We need everyone's
support.
