[fvc-wat-disc] Trudeau confirms that he was only willing to move to AV

I say we make this bigger than electoral reform by focusing on 4.1 million
dollars deliberately and intentionally wasted on an exercise of bait and
switch.  Might not be much to a millionaire in charge of billions or
trillions, but could have made a significant difference in several Canadian
lives.

How many houses in Attawapiskat could have been built?

How much more resources could have been tasked to the Phoenix payroll scam?

Could another lake or river be protected under the Navigable Waterways Act?

How about the interest our grandchildren will be paying on that 4.1 million
dollars?
