[fvc-wat-disc] MEETING WITH RAJ SAINI HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED

Raj's office is on Frederick St. at Lancaster. Tim's is a good place to 
meet since it's at the same intersection, and has parking. Sharon is 
supposed to be planner-in-chief. At any rate, she's the one with the 
500+ signatures.
