[fvc-wat-disc] Take the Tyee poll for PR

The results of the poll so far are encouraging.
Of course, most of those voting yes are people interested and not the general public.

I voted in favour of P. R. And wrote a paragraph in favour and my name. I plan on seeing the movie, Thank You for Your Service. Civilians should learn about the consequences of making the political decision to send the military into harm's way.

      The Tyee has a journalist, Bill Tieleman, who is an NDP supporter and anti-PR; strong poll numbers in favour of PR would counter is strong voice in the paper.
