> drivers allegedly by the exPC candidate from Mississauga East). I think drivers avoiding paying to drive on the 407 has caused more injuries and deaths on hwy 401. Provincial downloading of costs from the province to municipalities without equal tax revenue to pay for them. Provincial rural highways suddenly became regional roads with poor winter ploughing and repairs.p
