The report is about the many benefits of proportional representation, a 
voting system that makes every vote count.

B.C. hasn’t updated its voting system in 65 years. First-Past-The-Post 
is outdated and divisive. This October, British Columbians have an 
opportunity to lead the rest of Canada; the opportunity to vote for pro 
rep, a system that is more representative and fair. Eighty five per cent 
of OECD countries use some form of proportional representation, and
