Hi Harold,

Yes, this seems to be the way of it for the next 4 years.  There are a
number of suits: Tesla, a group is suing about Basic Income and now the
"notwithstanding" suit.

My, my... Brian Mulroney was quoted as saying using the NWC isn't a good
thing... and his daughter is responsible for the government's defense of
that action!
