Here's the video from the town hall. https://youtu.be/cGEq-iIRPXs Electoral reform was brought up twice, once on its own (and very well asked) at the 1:00:30 mark and once by Andrew Moraga, the NDP Kitchener Centre candidate at the 1:39:30 mark, as part of a multi part question.
I found the townhall useful (as someone who doesn't follow Canadian politics). I expected exclusively non-answers but Justin Trudeau gave concise answers to questions I didn't expect him to (for instance he's against BDS).
Unfortunately, I didn't get to ask my non-electoral-reform-related question.
