[fvc-wat-disc] Discussion Night at 7pm Wed, 27 Feb 2019 in the Community Room at Bread&Roses

My regrets also -- I won't be there either, but I claim it's not the 
weather but my workload.  Evan Rosamond will be leading the discussion 
tonight, if the weather doesn't fell him too.

We can postpone to March the old business from January's Exec meeting 
(approval for spending money on web services).  That gives us another 
month to develop a fundraising strategy too.  Many thanks to those 
people who have already donated funds!
