[fvc-wat-disc] schedule for the FV table at the Multicultural festival

Hi, All
Thanks to all who offered to spend some time at our table at the MCF on
June 22 and 23.

We have just barely enough people, and some of us are manning other booths
as well, so if anyone else can make it down to Victoria Park - even for an
hour- your effort will be appreciated!!
You'll be excited to hear that we will have glossy new  PR information
flyers to hand out.  I just received a box of 1500!
Here is a schedule:

Saturday June 22
noon - 2 pm  -  Cathy and Evan
2 pm - 4 pm   -   Bob and Jim
4 pm -  6 pm   -  Sharon and Mary  (I'll be back during this time period to
help close up for the day)

Sunday June 23
noon -  2 pm  -  Sharon and Evan
2  pm  -  4pm  -  Bob and Jim
4  pm  -   6pm  -  Cathy and Mary

This schedule can be adjusted as you all said that you are flexible.
Mary, I realize that your plans aren't finalized, yet.  Just let me know if
these times are a problem for you and we'll adjust.
