Hi, All
Our next discussion group meeting is scheduled for Wed. Sept. 30.  See
below for the link.  We'll start the meeting at 7:00, and I'll open it a
little earlier to be sure not to miss anyone.

Discussion items for the agenda on Sept. 30:

   - Follow up with discussing the 'Structuring Moral Framing For PR'
   webinar. Jay Judkowitz was leading us in discussing and planning how
   to  use these concepts in our educational messaging.  Here is the link to

   - Some material regarding the FV federal campaign will be coming from
   Anita in September, which will give us some agenda items.
   - There are some items to follow up with from our strategy meeting on
   July 14:


   - requesting an  email list of organizations from the Social Development
      Centre, which we can contact about combining their social cause
with  PR.
      This fits with FV Canada's messaging that 'a just recovery needs PR'.
      - approaching city councillors (e.g. Sarah Marsh) to garner support
      for Citizens' Assembly and for electoral reform at the municipal level.
      - progress update on the Cambridge 'Yes!' campaign to implement use
      of ranked ballot in municipal elections in the next election.

In the meantime, you have been copied in an email I sent to John Bauman, of
the Toronto chapter, about our attending their webinar on Wed. Sept. 16.
Watch for his reply.  I hope some of us will be able to attend this webinar.
