Hello Friends of Fair Voting,

There is a very interesting talk in Toronto on March 4th by Peter MacLeod.
Peter is a principal in MASS, a leader in democratic engagement &
deliberative political processes.  He will be taking about the
transformative power of Citizens' Assemblies and other deliberative
democratic processes.

I plan to go, so if anyone is interested in attending, we could car pool.
