[fvc-wat-disc] using ZOOM for the meeting tonight

HI, All
Ellen Papenburg set up ZOOM at our last meeting, but may not be at the
meeting tonight.
I will bring my iPad and there is WiFi at the Civic Hub
Does anyone know how to set up ZOOM?  I think that Jim Heimpel, from
Halton, may want to participate in the meeting via ZOOM.
