I had put the details about the event and a link to it in the 'update' email the other day, so I didn't include it in this schedule email.
The Cross Cultures event is held a Kitchener City Hall in the Rotunda on Saturday March 21, from noon til evening.

Hi, All
As you know, we are planning to have an info table with information about Citizens' Assemblies as well as electoral reform.  We will be seeking signatures on our petition for a C.A. as well as on the 'Declaration of Voters' Rights'.
The event is on a Saturday this year, so some of us who work on weekdays may find it easier to attend.  The line-up of speakers looks quite interesting.
 
I will set up the table before noon on that day, but I have to leave to be at another meeting from 12:00 til 4:00.  Here is a schedule of two-hour time slots.  It is best to have two people in each time slot  If you can only stay for part of the time slot, please indicate when you will be arriving/leaving:
 
12:00 - 2:00 -

4:00  -  6:00  -
