[fvc-wat-disc] Meeting tonight?

Hi Gang,
It appears that there are at least 4 of us sending odd emails. Does that 
make a quorum?
Here's a suggested agenda:

 1. Let's fix the zoom meeting problem. It's been dragging on for months.
 2. We'll need 5 minutes to congratulate Jonathan on his election to
    national council.
 3. I can contribute a shallow summary of three different ways that
    preferential ballots can be counted (Scottish STV and 2 others), to
    see how similar the results are.
 4. There was some unfinished business about the web site.
