[fvc-wat-disc] delay in tonight's meeting

OK, thanks, Anita,
We'll start the meeting ASAP.  Zoom blocked the account for 30 minutes,
because I had too many unsuccessful login attempts.
That was about 10 minutes ago, so I should be able to sign in again by 7:45.
