[fvc-wat-disc] [fvc-wat-announce] Do you have a lawn on a busystreet and could take a big PR sign?

Hello Everyone,

I was in KW today and drove north on Park.  Low and behold, there was our
big, beautiful PR = Better Government sign.....it was wonderful to see it
again.  Thank you to all who have signs on their lawns...everything helps
move the discussion on electoral reform forward.
