Apologies in advance, if you have received this link already. Given the importance of this issue, I simply want to ensure that as many as possible have the necessary background on Alternative Vote.   

While the Liberal Party push for Alternative Vote is very much at the provincial level in Ontario at the moment, it matters a lot to the PR campaign federally.  This excellent webinar will give you great background on AV and its implications.  Feel free to share.
