over time key organizations, groups and individuals in our community which

know that in countries with PR, there is less income inequality, women are
better represented in government, action on the climate change is greater and so on. </span></div>

is a test to see whether this strategy has merit and to tweak it as

groups, significant agencies, perhaps church social action committees and key leaders in our
community.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1492891464687_2394"> </span>Clearly, we want to contact those
with an interest in the area we identify, ideally some community profile and with
the potential for outreach themselves. We want to be strategic and also keep
the number of contacts manageable given our resources and so maximize the impact of our
efforts.</span></div>
