<div dir="ltr">In the end with all the negative aspects of Tar Sands oil recovery, it's probably best to just leave it in the ground BUT... <div><br></div><div>since the Planet's inhabitants divide Earth into countries, then we have a problem when one country owns a dirty supply of fossil fuels (FF). </div><div><br></div><div>A world government would simply not use this source before we finally got off carbon. <p>It can take up to 3 barrels of water to produce one barrel of
oil. Think of that in terms of a million barrels of oil produced
each and every day. (That's not even to touch on the question of
