<p>Hi folks<br></p>
<p>Let me report on the All Candidates meeting we held on Monday 28 May at Doon Presbyterian Church from 7 to 9 pm<br></p>
<p>WE had representatives from 3 provincial parties and one independent.<br></p>
<p> The Progressive Conservative candidate was Amy Fee<br></p>
<p>The Liberal candidate was Sharekha Shenoy<br></p>
<p>The Green candidate was David Weber<br></p>
<p>In addition the independent Narine Sookram attended.<br></p>
<p>The NDP candidate, Fitz Vanderpool, had pledged to attend when we selected the date over 3 weeks ago. On Friday night 25 May we received a message that he would not attend. We tried to get then to reconsider but were told that there was going to be an TV meeting with Rogers and the Business Association on Monday between 4 and 6 pm and that this was more important than the All candidates meeting organized by the community associations<br></p>
<p>So perhaps the newspaper did not get it correct Cathy<br></p>
<p>Let us hope that all future meetings are attended by the candidates who committed<br></p>

Did the PC candidate attend. I read in the newspaper that PC candidates province wide are avoiding the small candidates meetings. If you people want to prevent a leader becoming premier and his party with policies contrary to Fair Vote, go vote today, Wednesday, May 30 at the advance polls which are open until 8pm. Stop talking about reforming elections and go vote in this election.
