My calculator says 85% of the population are not represented at City Hall.</div><div><br></div><div> have heard from a second hand source that the City of Cambridge and the City of London (THAT is Ontario, Canada) may be introducing some form of electoral reform, but NOT our City of Kitchener. I have not heard anything about the Region of Waterloo.</div><div>
